Pro Printing
I offer professional printing services on a limited basis. I fit print jobs around my teaching schedule, and am printing most Fridays. Printing with me isn't about speed or 24-hour turnarounds. It's about delivering a boutique-level product that's thoughtfully printed, going beyond the typical "pro lab” offerings. For larger or more involved projects, I typically adjust my schedule to try to accommodate your deadlines.

Prints are made using the same methods I use for museum and gallery exhibitions, achieving the highest quality I know how to produce.

Papers
I offer three papers—the same papers I use in my own work:
Hahnemuhle Photo Rag Baryta 315gsm - A cotton-based baryta paper that looks like a darkroom print. I use this for color and for black-and-white work.
Hahnemuhle Photo Rag 308 - My paper of choice when I want a more delicate, softer look. Blacks are not as deep, but that is a feature, not a bug. This paper is cotton-based.
Luster Paper - Produces extremely high-quality prints at a lower price because it uses a wood pulp base, coated with polyethylene.
Specs
Sizing - Prints are offered on standard size papers up to 16x20, and custom sizes on roll paper up to 43-inches wide. By default, photos are printed and scaled to produce the largest possible image size. If you need white space around the image, please specify how much, and the image will be scaled down accordingly to provide the necessary white space.
File Prep - I print client supplied files as-is; the only work I do is sizing to fit the paper. Make sure your files are exactly as you want them, and be sure to clone all dust spots. Color, contrast, and every other adjustment is your responsibility.
File Resolution - The more PPI, the better. There is no need to set your files to a particular PPI for me. Just send me the full resolution file.
Bit Depth - I recommend always working in 16-bit.
Color Management - I recommend using ProPhoto as a working space and when exporting files for me to print. This will give you the richest color.
